This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Smart Data Hub Ltd, a company incorporated under the laws of Finland with registered address at P.O. Box 20, 00661 Helsinki, Finland, Finnish Business ID 2724856-7 ("Data Provider"), governing your use of the derived datasets ("the Data") provided by Data Provider. By using the Data, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
Data Provider grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and/or sell copies of the Data, subject to the restrictions below and the licensing models of the original sources data.
You must ensure that the licensing models of the original sources data are respected in your use, modification, and distribution of the Data. Any restrictions imposed by the original sources data licenses must be adhered to in your use of the Data.
If you distribute or publish the Data, you must provide proper attribution to the original creators of the Data as specified in the metadata or documentation accompanying each dataset.
The Data is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Data Provider makes no guarantee regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the Data.
In no event shall Data Provider be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, procurement of substitute goods or services; loss of use, data, or profits; or business interruption) arising in any way out of the use of the Data, even if advised of the possibility of such damage.
This EULA is effective until terminated. Data Provider may terminate this EULA at any time if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Data and destroy all copies of the Data in your possession or control.
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland.
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Data Provider regarding the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings.
